Looking for help getting the right monitor for the holidays.
My son plays on his ps4 but also on his custom PC.
I'm good with building, especially when I find a good deal but I have no clue about gaming monitors.
I'm not opposed to him having a separate display for the ps4. Right now he is using a 1080p TV. I'm not sure what would matter more, the refresh rate or freesync... Both?
Current build: e3-1230v3, 8GB RAM, gtx 750ti.
I want to future proof his rig and get him a monitor. I already purchased 16GB RAM and the MSI RX 480 4GB should be here next week (Newegg)
Just some monitor insight would make the holidays epic.
