Ways to set up programs on start up that also Required to be run'ed as Admin?

Hey, just wondering if there is a way to set up program (in my case Trixx (GPU controller) and SpeedFan) on start up, but also require to be run as administrator. I've figured out how to do it with non admin required programs such as chrome and Steam, but it doesn't seem to work with one that require permission from the admin.

right click on the shortcut and click advance then select run as admin.

Go to where it is installed, right click the exe, properties, compatibility, and check run as admin. Whenever it is ran, it will be as admin.

Didn't work, the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" box still comes up, which I don't want it to
