GA-B150-HD3 oc gpu?

Hi guys, I have this motherboard (http://www.gigabyte.com.mx/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5527#ov) along with an asus strix gtx 970, 16 gb ram ddr4 2133hz (2x8), core i5 6600k and EVGA 750 GQ, 80+ GOLD 750W psu, and I want to know if I can OC the GPU only (not the CPU since I know this MB it´s not meant to be OC´ed CPU wise).

So can I Oc the GPU increasing the voltage? Is it stable and safe to OC the GPU with this MB? Anyone who can give me an advice about max voltage I can use with this? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can overclock your gpu with that motherboard. Not sure if you can adjust the gpu's voltage though. You shouldn't need to.
