Monitor buying suggestion?

Hey guys,

So i'm thinking of buying a new monitor for my desk setup what i'm basically going to do is hook it into the HDMI and connect it with my laptop for gaming watching youtube,movies etc.

Now i'm stuck between two monitor one is benq other is dell the price difference is negligible
although dell has a shorter screen i.e 21.5 vs benq's 24 inch. please note that benq 21.5 monitor is around 30 dollars cheaper than dell's! Also i'm up for any other suggestions my budget is around 10,000 rupees which is approx 150 dollars usd.

I recommend this, great value, and you don't want something too big for desk use or you'll be overwhelmed by the size.

Not available in my country is the dell that i have posted any good? or this one is LG 22MP68VQ-P it's around 170 dollars!

Okay this looks good but personally i would prefer something with smaller bezels but hey thanks for the quick reply did you check the ones i have posted?
