Google Chrome Custom search Redirect

Hello Tom's community.

As the title states I am having a frustrating problem many people have come against and that is the google chrome Custom search redirect, where when I try to search with ?(enter text) in the address bar it goes to google custom search rather than the usual google search. I Have already tried pretty much every solution that the internet can currently provide (I.E. reset chrome, uninstall reinstall, Registry edit solutions Hkey_local machine\software\policies, etc. (many different fixes for that route)), there are probably a few other fixes that I used and left out but yes I have pretty much used every solution that I can find. BEEN AT THIS FOR 3 DAYS.

I even tried to manually find the culprit in the (ntbtlog.txt) but I have yet to find it or I probably missed it (see below):

I have also used Malwarebytes and another adware software with the icon of a blue bug (deleted it since it didn't help) and every time I scan it finds a Mozilla.exe file (I don't use Mozilla - its uninstalled) and I even deleted the file myself to find it keeps coming back.

Have you run an actual anti virus program like Bitdefender free or Kapersky? Malware and Anti virus have some cross over but you need both to be fully protected.

Maybe if you had mentioned the google settings for search was greyed out I may have found it as well
