Hi!

I own an Hp Elitebook 8770w notebook with i7 3630qm, 2.4 ghz, 3.2 turbo boost, Nvidia Quadro k3000m 2gb, 8gb of RAM. Temperatures: Normal usage - Cpu: ~40-45 Celsius, gpu ~25 Celsius. Under pressure ( gaming, CAD programs) : Cpu: 65-75 Celsius, Gpu : 45-65 Celsius. These temperatures are when i use my Cooler Master U3 notebook cooler. Should/Could i overclock my notebook? Thank you for the answers : )

Officially, it can't be overclocked. I'm sure there is third-party software that could do something with it though.

Should you?..... Probably not. Laptops are designed to dissipate the heat from stock CPUs, at stock temps/voltages.
While sitting at 65-75'C *sounds* like you should have some headroom, you'll probably find that any increase to voltages will send the temps skyrocketing.

You could try it (I don't know of any software off hand, but I'm pretty confident it'll exist), but I wouldn't recommend it.
