Asus x540s Free Dos installation problem WITH CD

So i just got home with my laptop and i found a cd that would instsall windows 10 in there,fine by me. But when i get into bios menu to set it boot from the CD i only get
Option 1 P1: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE 1N
Option 2 P0: TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100.
So i set it to option one,which i thought its the cd that i found in the package that says it supports windows 10 64bit,i hit Save & Exit,but nothing happens.PC restarts and nothing,im again where i started with the Command Line or whatever that is and i just cant use this pc.I dont know anything about all these stuff,i just got that pc by mistake,i didnt knew what free dos was,so now i ve been reading all these for hours and i cant get this pc to open normally.Any help would be appreciated

Is this a new laptop? if so, take it back to where you bought it and ask them to help. Otherwise contact Asus as there should be instructions around about how to install Win 10 if laptop doesn't come with it installed already
