I would need a recommendation from you guys! I have an ASRock 990FX Fatal1ty Killer motherboard with FX-8320. Since it supports 2450MHz memory modules I would like to have the following memory:
DDR3
1x8 GB
2400 MHz
CL10 (or CL11, but CL10 > CL11 ftw)

Recommend me some memory modules which are matching the description!

I HIGHLY recommend getting a pair of 4GB modules so your motherboard can make use of it's dual-channel memory architecture. You'll get better performance that way:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Memory: G.Skill Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory ($57.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $57.99

The Trident series are a fantastic line of modules and provide reliably high performance.

Memory for AMD FX processors is:
1866MHz with one DIMM per channel
1600MHz with two DIMMs per channel
Higher memory frequencies require overclocking. 2450MHz would be an extreme overclock.

F3-2400C10D-8GTX Memory listed above has Serial Presence Detect settings that are much less than the rated speed.
SPD Speed 1600MHz
SPD Voltage 1.50v

If you are looking for a single 1X8GB that balances performance and cost, consider this:
