I would go for neither to be honest.
AOC make very corner cutting monitors, and the PG248Q suffers from quite possibly the worst viewing angles i've ever seen and extremely washed colors.
Get an Asus VG248QE, much better choice.
G-Sync is a silly addition unlesss you're sitting in the 40-70fps range maxed out, a 1070 will push far beyond that maxed in even the most graphically intensive titles at 1080p, there is no use at all for G-Sync in such a scenario.
Feel free to make your own additions though.
