Pc won't boot after black screen crash

I was playing gmod on my computer one day and I let it run while I did my homework. I got a black screen so I just held the power button to shut it down. I pressed the button again and everything was fine. The windows logo showed up but after that there was a white loading circle and after that a black screen. I tried doing a lot of things to start it up. I tried to go to the command prompt after pressing f8 and doing Chkdsk.exe but that failed. "Drivers in use" or something like that.

I need some help I don't know what the problem might be I might go to an IT guy this weekend.

Have you tried starting it up with a USB installer disk in and run system startup repair from the stick yet?
