i got a atx 350w power supply ... is that enough?
im gettin a p45 with e8400 4gb ddr2 800 ati 4670 and of course the dvd and 2 hard drives

A very good quality 350 psu will power that .

BUT if your PSU is older it might not have the right connectors , and it will run much closer to its maximum output than is ideal . Typically they will run hotter and the fans will spin faster and be noisier.

Better to have a hard drive that isnt stressed by the rest of the computer . a quality 450 - 550 watts psu is going to give you nice stable power and not sound like a leaf blower

lol if it feels like that then i´ll buy another psu.. what im really worried about is if the connectors fit the p45 board

Older hard drives wont have an 8 pin cpu connector for the mb . They will just have the 4 pin . Someone on here said that even mb's with 8 pin sockets run with a four pin plug from the psu inserted . But Im not havent tried that and cant confirm or deny ...

Definitely older psu only have 20 pin main power connectors and new mb's take 24 pin .

Then theres things like SATA power connectors [ can buy adapters from the molex connectors ]

And 6 and 8 pin power connectors for gfx cards .

Its worth spending the money on a decent corsair , seasonic , antec etc to be sure
