Windows 10 startup apps won't start

I am having trouble trying to get some apps to load at startup. As you can see in the screenshot below I have Task Manager and EVGA PrecisionX 16 Enabled, but they won't start.

I am trying to get my cpu and gpu monitors working on the taskbar. But is a pain in the backside having to load them every time you boot your pc.

Any ideas or similar experiences? I couldn't find anything so far...

superuser suggested you have it run it as admin

Do you have the latest version of software? Does it work after start up?
