GPU usage drop and fps also ! help

hy people, my hd7750 cause my trouble with gpu usage drop !

My specs
windows 10 home
amd fx 8350
asrock 470 extreme 4
amd sapphire hd 7750 1gb gddr5
psu aurum 600gold

in any games gpu usage drops and also fps , causing huge lag in game.
if i play on ultra game or low , same problem with gpu usage,
what can cause this ? how to fix it ?
all temps are ok , with msi afterburner in game strange is just this gpu usage from 99% is going to 20-30% ~

Check if your graphic card don't reduce clocks to prevent overheating - download GPU-Z, luanch application, move to sensors tabs and select checkbox Log to file, after that run any game to test. Probably in log file you will see higher that should be GPU temperature and drop clock to prevent overheating - in that case you can try replace thermal compound and check fans ...
