will this run wow im not looking to run on ultra or anything just want to be able to play and run some 5 and 10 man content

I'm afraid not. Legion lists an i5 750 as its minimum requirement. The P4 is a single core processor and nowhere near as fast no matter what it's clocked at.

Absolutely not. That system is simply too old. It is time for a new rig, unfortunately.
