Hello everyone,

It seems my problem is a bit wacky as my kind of 'page fault in nonpaged area' is a bit harder than the other ones I've seen on the internet

I've installed some 'potentional' program on my laptop and that program contained many unwanted programs in it and I was asked to install all these crappy programs but I didn't accept, all that I've accepted installing was the main program that I downloaded and all of a sudden 'page fault in nonpaged area' shows up on my screen and then laptop restarts itself and then I found some of these crappy programs intalled on my laptop, and since then, every time the laptop reboots and I unlock it, laptop gives less than 30 seconds to do whatever I want in it before it shows the same message and reboots and it's like that ever since

I've tried uninstalling and disabling startup for these programs, but this didn't help much and I tried to follow some of the solutions shown on the internet, but I couldn't follow them cuz the system on my laptop seems quite different to the solutions provided and my windows is version 10 and my laptop is HP .. pls help me with my issue.

Download this on another PC https://www.malwarebytes.com/

from the login screen, click on the power button and while holding shift, click restart
this loads advanced start up
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose safe mode with networking
PC will restart and load safe mode

install and run Malwarebytes

if it finds nothing, another thing to try in safe mode is set PC up to clean boot
right click start button
choose run
type msconfig and press enter
follow this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/kb/929135

that will stop everything loading at start up except windows, then just add things back as you trust them.

I would run an anti virus scan if you get back into PC, if you...

I would run an anti virus scan if you get back into PC, if you only use Defender I would suggest a better one like Bitdefender or Kapersky, they have a better chance of stopping these programs even installing.
