Hey guys.

Whenever I shutdown or restart Windows, the Sound options dialogue window opens automatically. That being said, it doesn't seem to appear in the list of Startup applications. I know that the Process is "rundll32.exe". Is there anyway to prevent this happening in the future?

See the attached image for the dialogue mentioned.

Thank you in advance.

its probably an event in the event viewer, that is how some programs can load at start up and not appear in start up - I think that is how my anti virus works as its not listed in start up anymore. This might help you figure out why: http://www.thewindowsbulletin.com/view-startup-shutdown-history-windows-662/

follow advice in 2nd post here and dump what you find in here and I see if any thing matches them, as there could be a similarity: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3160612/prevent-sound-control-panel-opening-startup.html
