Will a PLS 4ms response time monitor be fast enough for FPS games?

i want to get Samsung LS24E390HL
it is 4ms response time PLS panel
will it be fast for fps games or should i go with 1ms TN panel

4ms is fine for most people. My ultra wide IPS monitor is 5ms and it looks fine to me.
