Hey everyone,
I'm having some issues with my windows 10 pc. It has been hard freezing on the motherboard splash screen. I tried restarting and met with the same issue. Eventually I got into the recovery menu and tried various troubleshooting and recovery options unsuccessfully. This includes trying to reset windows, recover windows from a previous state (error 0x800700b7), using sfc/dism in command prompt, and using mdsched.exe to test ram. I have more than exhausted my computer knowledge. This happened once before and I got the response that when waking up from a sleep state my psu and my cpu were not compatible which meant I had to disable c states. This solved the problem for a while but now I'm running into the same issue.
Specs
Intel i7-4790k 4 ghz
Patriot 32GB(4x8GB) Vier III DDR3 1600MHz ram
1 tb 350 Evo ssd
R9 390 gpu
PSU: EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE 600W

Edit 1: Also bootrec.exe /scanos returns 0 identified windows installations wth?
