I have downloaded WIN I0...x64.iso to my computer, from microsoft, and burned it on a blank Sony DVD using LG DVD writer tool. But when I set the boot order to DVD drive in BIOS,it does not boot from that DVD and enters the windows loading screen. How can I do that? Please help..I cant even update current windows version as my system files are probably corrupted.Even system restore/reset of windows 10 fails.

Solution
I am not familiar with LG DVD tool, but are you sure that it burn't the image correctly to the disk, rather than just copying the file? If file explorer just shows the *.iso file on the DVD then it is not correctly burnt.

ImgBurn is the good, free software for this purpose.

With the ISO you have, use
Rufus or Windows USB/DVD Download Tool
To create a bootable DVD
