No Amd Catalyst

So i remember when i first got my pc it had Amd catalyst installed when i installed a new graphics card a Gt 610 2gb it went away i ignored it because i used Nvidia the processor was a
a6-7400k well i upgraded my graphics card and processor and i wanted to downscale my 1280x1240 monitor to 1080p im not sure about to much info but when i used a program called Downsample i get an error that says amd catalyst is not found i downloaded the amd autodetect program and it says were unable to find a driver for your system no supported amd hardware detected my processor is an amd so i dont know why it wouldnt work any suggestions would help thanks

GPU: Gtx 750 Ti FTW 2Gb
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860k
8Gb RAM
Windows 10
 
Solution
Turns out i just needed to go to the Nvidia Control Panel and check every Native Resolution and it worked didnt need to download anything thanks for the help
