Getting pixel (green red etc) on screen when using gpu

1st I wanna tell u guys my english is bad,
I have an issue with my computer, im not hyper gamer but I play cs 1.6 for just timepass, since 2 days I was playing cs 1.6 then screen gets pixels and game crashed, so I just did ctrl alt del but I got still same problem, now whenever my pc bootup it gets wierd lines pixels on my display, my cpu not overclock or nor my gpu, when I remove my gpu and plug into my onboard motherboard chipset then screen have no problem but resolution gets low. I reinstalled ran gpu but I got same problem, my spec are...
Core2duo e7500
3gb ddr2 ram
Hd4670 gpu.

if you are only getting these lines when using the gpu,
then it may look like your gpu is about to die.
