Hey,

Essentially I have two problems with my PC. One problem that is completely reproducible is when performing a McAfee scan it reaches a certain % and then I get a blue screen with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The % seems reproducible as to start with it was getting stuck at around 24% on some files in an Autodesk folder. So what I did was uninstalled the Autodesk program and then it no longer blue screened at that point, instead blue screening at about 35% now on some other random files. Strange.

Also just then I was playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive and (this has happened many a time before) randomly when playing the game froze and I got a blue screen with error message CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.

No idea what's going on, thanks.
Dan.

Solution
This is not a very common issue but please try these steps:

Reinstall the motherboard Chipset Driver.
Reinstall Intel® Management Driver.
Update motherboard BIOS.

After these steps, run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool again and if issue persists contact our support Center.
