If media creation tool can't find my usb, but rufus can, will i be able to install W10 without any problems?

iam building a new pc and i bought w10 copy of windows, i wanted to make bootable usb by the microsoft tool (media creation tool) but it couldn't find my usb, then i tried rufus and it found it, so iam wondering, will there be any problems in installation when official microsoft tool can't find my usb but rufus can ?

if its created using the same PC, there shouldn't be. its only the creation part, the installer should still work.
