I think my C drive is corrupted, do I have to re-buy Windows 10 if I buy another Ssd, since I don't have a key for it

Today when I was booting up my PC i noticed something. It took like 10-15 minutes for it to boot. I searched the web and found out that you could type "chkdsk/r c:" into the CMD to scan the C drive. It is actually going right now. I probably have to buy another Ssd to use as the C-drive. My question was if I do that, do I have to re-buy Windows 10 again, since I don't have a key for it.

fyi don't erase or change anything on your old drive. worst case you can put it back in and try to get the key from it. but easiest way is clean install and let windows just auto do it. when installing just select I don't have a key option. then when os is up and running click on actvation
