Computer Not Detecting Monitor Plugged Into MOBO

2. Both Monitors are DVI
3. The monitor plugged into the GPU works, ive always had trouble getting a monitor to work with the integrated graphics
4. NVIDIA Control Panel will not detect the second monitor

That only works when using both an AMD graphics card and the AMD APU. Since you are using a 750ti, the integrated graphics will get disabled automatically. But why would you want to use the motherboard's output? Just connect both of them to the 750ti (you may need an adapter for one of the monitors).

I would if my 750 TI had 2 DVID ports, ill have to find a dvi to hdmi wont i

That's why I said you will need an adapter. Just get a HDMI to DVI cable/adapter (whatever you can find the easiest).
