CM Hyper 212 EVO

I'm new to PC building so forgive me if whatever I ask is silly. But I am planning to order a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler, and i've been researching about fans lately. I want to know more about the fan on the CM Hyper 212 EVO...is it Static Pressure or Airflow? I would like to know as much as you guys can give me, i'd appreciate it, thank you (Mainly about the fan because I've been thinkinging about fans a lot lately)

1. It doesn't really matter if it is SP or AF. It is 'tuned' for that cooler

2. The 212 EVO is about 4 years old. There are newer, better ones for about the same price.
