Are monitors used on all-in-one systems any good?

Are all-in-one monitors any good? I was looking at Lenovo Ideacentre 910.

Or just buy a good 4k monitor and connect it to stuff?

That Lenovo is a whole PC, built into the monitor.
What are you looking for...a new monitor or a new PC?

I want a new monitor. But buying a 4k one might not be supported by my laptop's graphic card.
I don't want it for gaming.
