What model TV though ?? , there aren't any 200htz nativa TV's so that's just going to be fancy picture processing which you don't want.

It'll be 100htz native max & even that's unlikely.
If its a 4k set the chances are it's limited to a 30htz signal at full res.

You can do 4gh maybe on that board which will net you 60-80fps the majority of the time.

Either way I think the 1070 is a step too far , you are not going to really get your moneys worth , a 1060 or a RX 480 would likely be better pairings.

I may upgrade my motherboard and ram to ddr 4 in the future keeping my cpu. bt atm i can play bf1 realy well so ill it for now. My aim was to get a card that i dnt have to change and i bring everythng else upto handle it.

You can't keep your CPU and get DDR4 RAM, AMD's AM3+ FX line only supports DDR3 and will only ever support DDR3. DDR4 support is only going to be on AMD's upcoming AM4 socket and their new Zen CPUs coming next year. I wouldn't buy another AM3+ board at this point, it's a dead platform soon to be replaced and all the CPUs available for it are obsolete. Save up your money to do a complete system overhaul sometime in the reasonably near future. I wouldn't buy a 1070 now unless you plan on keeping the card for 3+ years and are planning to do a complete system overhaul in the foreseeable future. If not, get something like the GTX 1060 6GB or RX 480.

I currently have a gtx 1070 i wouldnt want to downgrade from here. Just thinking what upgrades can be done to bring everything else upto spec. So maybe a motherboard cpu and ddr4 ram you say?
