Hi guys, I'm looking to build my first gaming PC. I already have a lot of the parts and while some of them aren't fantastic (looking at you GPU >_>) from what I can tell they should work for now.
What I need is a GPU, MOBO, and RAM..

Approximate Purchase Date: Soon

Budget Range: $300-$400 (AUD)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Buy: CPU, mobo, RAM

Do you need to buy OS: No

Location: Sydney Australia
Parts Preferences: Intel CPU

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Plan to update GPU later to a GTX 1050 Ti G1, maybe one day a i5 6600k and more RAM

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: New build

I'll make one comment with respect to your list.

If you plan to overclock then I would suggest you look towards a Z170 motherboard which is designed to overclock rather than an H170, unless you're willing to also change the motherboard again later.

Whoops I think I selected the wrong board, I meant to pick the ASRock H170 Pro4/Hyper since you can OC locked CPUs. So in theory as far as I can tell, I should be able to to OC the i3 6100?
