I just got an Xbox One S and plan to get a 4K TV around early December-Christmas time and was wondering what parts of my current PC build (if any) I should upgrade in order to be able to play games in 4K. So here's my current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/FyNRzM

Thanks to any suggestions!

970 to 1080

That card is already handicapped by Nvidia's. EVGA's and at least Gigabyte's complacency in Nvidia's bad behavior.

So I should go from the 970 to the 1080? Any changes needed with the CPU or Motherboard?

While a 1070 may be enough, I recommend the 1080 for 4K gaming. While this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127950 has received incredible business reviews http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/msi-geforce-gtx-1080-gaming-x-8g-review,1.html I think this may be the very few and fairly unique times where the gaming moniker is well deserved. More often than not it is an empty marketing term. I can't suggest any CPU upgrade where the price would be justified by the investment's return. Without a budget in place the 6950X and an X99 with motherboard with DDR4 3000MHz RAM would obviously be better but I have a very hard time suggesting such an extreme investment.
