cooler master evo 212

Greetings,
I'm planning to buy a CM hyper evo 212 for my new pc build,but i am abit skeptical about its capabilities.I saw it has good reviews mostly,but it seems rather "tiny" at first look,for me at least.I currently have a Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E and it's a monster,but i have to change it because it doesn't support 1151 socket.
The CPU i shall buy is skylake i5 6600k,with a asus sabertooth z170 mark 1 motherboard;i'd want a 4,5 ghz OC,but can the 212 hyper evo sustain that?Or should i get the silver arrow ib-e extreme?

Yes it can. I have a i5-660k in my setup as well. The EVO will be just fine. It's not tiny, trust me. also, I recommend Arctic Silver thermal paste. Watch some YT videos on how to apply it correctly.
