Computer shuts down after running 20-30 minutes.

My computer shuts down in about 20-30 minutes. I can log on to my computer using a different user id and it does not shut down. I have used ccleaner to try to clean malware. This does not help. What suggestions can you give me?

I solved this issue by deleting the account from my computer, (I saved the important files to a different location). Then I ran windows10 update. I recreated the same account on the computer. I no longer have the problem with the computer.

How does it shut down? Does it turn off nicely (splash-screen), or does it just poof itself dark?

Once it rebooted itself. Most of the time it is a blank screen and freezes up. I have to shut down the computer manually.
