How to remove previous Windows from Boot Loader?

I've been getting this for some time now. I had Win7 on my HDD before, but then I performed a clean WIn10 install(formatted all my HDD during the installation). However, Windows 7 still shows in Boot Loader, but it doesn't work. I've reinstalled Windows 10 like 3 times now, still same. Now I've upgraded my PC(Changed MOBO too), reinstalled Windows but I still get that annoying Win7.

tried easybcd?

or just setting the choose operating system time to zero

or removing windows 7 from boot list with msconfig

Go to advanced system settings under computer -> properties, open start up and recovery settings
