There Is something really wrong with my pc

So to start with i just reset on of the drives on my pc (i have 2)

and ever since i did that my cpu has been spiking to 100%
only half of my ram is being used
the hard drive that i didn't reset the files randomly dissapear and come back when i restart the computer
programs are constantly not responding
And massive lag spikes of the whole computer i had 2 of them that were 45 seconds long just typing this out

i really need help thank you!

What exactly do you mean with "reset"? restored to factory settings? manual fresh install? Post your full pc specs (RAM, mobo, GPU, PSU) and OS version.

I'd suggest doing a full fresh reinstall, but for now check in task manager which processes are using your CPU up to 100%, also use your antivirus + malwarebytes to look for any viruses in your system.

Ok i dont really know why but it just fixed itself after i restarted it like 8 times lol thanks for everyone's help though
