Is the Acer XF240H's 50% off deal good or should I wait for Black Friday?

I am planning to buy an additional monitor for CSGO gaming. I currently have a 24inch 60Hz monitor and would like to have an 144Hz monitor. Checked online and found that Acer XF240H is having a 50% deal on Newegg. But this deal ends in 3 days. Is it a good deal or should I wait until black Friday for other possible deals?

The original price is not really $399.99. After some research it looks like some places sell it for around $229.
