Could I get banned for a hacker spawning in money?? GTA ONLINE

Basically, I was on ps3 in the Series A heist and a hacker just started spawning in bags of money worth 40k each which followed each player in the heist if you tried to walk away, forcing the players to pick it up, I ended up getting about $25M from this because I eventually left the heist. Now, considering Rockstar have stopped moderating and updating last gen, I went ahead and spent this money, so I have somewhere around $13M left. Recently I bought a new gaming PC, and I'm hoping to transfer because I'm quite a high level on ps3, and I was wondering if i'd get banned for having this much money in my account?? If so, would it be possible for me to spend enough so I have around $3-5M left, then transfer it onto PC so I wouldn't get banned?? Thanks.

While there is a chance you will get some repercussions from it, I wouldnt worry too much.
If your story is true, they likely wont do anything.
If you were the one who spawned it though, they can take action. They can see the difference.
