Okay, this is one of them possessed issues that I can't solve,

Basically, when I turn lights on / off in my flat , or when I turn the oven extractor fan off, my pc will SOMETIMES stop video output for a second or two,

I need to make this clear, the monitor IS staying powered on, it is not the monitor but the graphics card loosing some form of signal,

Even weirder is that music keeps playing, nothing turns off, and I cant find ANYTHING in windows reporting this error, when graphing voltages to the GPU, nothing changes.

Yet, whether I use DVI to a monitor, or HDMI to a TV, this issue keeps happening.

WTF?

Does anyone know what is happening, or do I need to get an exorcist XD

Thanks in advance!

The problem with this is the fact no voltages visibly change / the rest of the PC is fine, seems a bit odd?
