My old budget gaming PC isn't really up to the standards most games now a days are requiring so I've decided to buy and build myself a new PC. I'm looking to get a PC that will be able to run 2016 games on 60fps at high settings.Could I get some input on this proposed build?

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($300.00)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($47.00)
Motherboard: MSI Z170A SLI PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($168.00)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($107.00)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($68.00)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB 6GT OC Video Card ($408.00)
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($123.00)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.00)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($29.00)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit ($120.00)
Other: TP-Link N900 Dual Band PCI Express Wireless Network Adapter (Purchased For $0.00)
Total: $1560.00

My questions on this build:
- Will this build be able to run 2016 games on 60fps+ at high settings?
- Any parts I can replace for a cheaper alternative without sacrificing too much performance?
- Are all the parts compatible? (PC part picker says they are but I've heard that you should always double check)
- Are any parts bottle-necking any other parts?
- Any parts I should add or remove?

Could I also get any tips on building the computer? I've done minor upgrades and changes to my old computer but this will be the first time I've built a computer from scratch.
Thanks!

Look good apart from the PSU.
Look for a Evga supernova G2 or GS, a Seasonic G, any Super Flower unit, a Corsair RMx or a XFX XTR with 550W. They're better quality.

Your case seems a bit pricey. Look for a NZXT S(ource) 340 or a Corsair 200r.

Instead.of a MSI GTX 1060 go with a cheaper brand. Like Zotac AMP (2 fan versions), Asus Dual, Palit Jetstream or something like that.

I like the Asus Strix line which is $60 less than the MSI you have listed. I would add an SSD, even just a 120gb will help greatly if you're only playing one or two games at a time. Maybe go with a less expensive HDD as well.
