Seeking perfect monitor

Hello!
I have been looking for a certain type of monitor. I don't want to say I'm picky but I feel like I've narrowed down to exactly what I'm looking for
Constructive Criticism is welcome

24 to 25" monitor
1ms response time
120 or higher refresh rate
led backlit lcd screen
1440 (2k) resolution or higher
mountable
A DVI input
I would like a really good contrast quality. I don't want grey I'd like a deep black.
I would like a really good\bright color quality. Lots of pixels all packed up.
I would prefer to NOT have speakers in this monitor. but whatever.
I don't mind if it's open box or refurbished as long as it performs as it's supposed to.
I would like to stay around $300

I've been looking for a few days now and have not found what I'd like.
I've gotten close though!

There is only one panel that fits that as far as i know! ASUS and DELL both have monitors with the panel.
The price may vary depending on whether you're getting freesync, gysync, or no adaptive features at all.

I'd highly reccomend getting a gysync monitor if you have an Nvidia GPU.

That really only leaves you with like, one choice.

WELL! It appears as though I need to up my budget! But, maybe I can find a good auction on EBAY. Thank you!!
