Monitor says it's using AMD Drivers, which I uninstalled, and I'm now using a GTX 1050 TI

I'm having problems with dishonored 2, and I'm thinking it's because of my 2 monitors. I just switched to a GTX 1050 TI. One of my monitors has a VGA and a DVI port,and the other DVI and HDMI. I switched my DVI over to my VGA monitor and plugged in an hdmi port to go to my main DVI-HDMI monitor. Yesterday, the game worked, and today (suspiciously after a performance patch) it doesn't work. What do I do? I checked my DXDIAG and it said my DVI monitor was using the correct, Nvidia graphics, but my HDMI monitor said it's still using my old R7 AMD card, which is not plugged in. What do I do? NVIDIA control panel refuses one of my monitors, but I can't tell which one. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Make sure the HDMI cable is plugged into the 1050 and not the motherbd video ports please.
