These are the errors I got. Bottom to top is first to last. I tried to go to the BIOS settings and attempted to boot using Windows Boot Manager but it failed. ASUS motherboard, Intel Core I5 processor, Radeon R9 390x graphics card.

Solution
They all point at your graphics card drivers.
win32kfull + win32kbase = desktop
dxgmms2.sys = Direct X

to fix this we need to try to get into safe mode
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
also, look at this and download the GPU driver you need and DDU: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html

once you have those 3 things, change boot order in bios so its USB/DVD first, hdd second (depending what you made)
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options (sometimes this option isn't here (which sux), if its not have a...

boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options (sometimes this option isn't here (which sux), if its not have a look at bottom of post)
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

i think you can install ddu in safe mode, otherwise right click start button
choose device manager
find Display adapter and highlight your GPU
choose properties, driver tab - uninstall drivers
restart PC, if win 10 loads normally install the drivers you have. might also pay to install DDU in case errors return and you need to run it to wipe any extra AMD software off PC

if you couldn't get into safe mode, there are other ways but I am not entirely sure how option 3 works and have to be careful with it or PC will not boot at all: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2304-safe-mode-start-windows-10-a.html - I just showed you option 1
