Upgrading to a 1060 from a AMD radeon 5700.

I am thinking about upgrading to a 6GB 1060 from a AMD Radeon 5700.
I don't know a lot about computers so i am asking for a little bit of advice. Would my PC be able to run with a 6GB 1060?

PC specs-
AMD FX-8350 Eight-core processor
AMD Radeon 5700 series
2x4 GB sticks of ram
600w power supply
motherboard - ASRock 985GM-GS3 FX E80-29018800612

I am wanting to upgrade for the graphics card i have right now is not very good. it had 1GB of video ram and that restricts me from playing games with enjoyable fps.

The 1060 3GB is on a very good deal right now. I think its today only. The 6GB is on any good deals right now.
