I just bought a new Samsung tv and I have no idea how to change the resolution

I purchase the tv today and it's stuck at 720p I want to change the resolution to 2160p because that's the highest it goes.

Also I want to watch tv in 4K but again I can't change the resolution to 2160p I'm capped at 1280/720 60p

Help me please?!

It doesnt automatically display at 4k. You have to have a source that is 4k plugged into the TV. It has upscaling, that will simulate 4k.
