EMERGENCY- Fail To Boot

i have a asus transformer tablet.i recently resetted it but it failed.Now Windows 10 wont boot up .HELP

does it start at all? do you get the bios flash screen? (do tablets have bios flash screens?)

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB << its a handy boot disc

resets seem to fail a lot. What type of reset was it? full or keep files/settings?
if it was full, you probably best doing a fresh install and start again.

Can you describe an error your getting? BSOD? Black screen saying no OS or disk?

No a blue screen that has options of trying again or continuing to windows 10.I tried to reset it but it failed again and then I chose the second option.But it the tablet kept restartig for 1 hour.

Full.I'll try to open the BIOS but i don't think it has one.

A blue screen gives a stop code. Enter the code into google and it will tell you what is wrong.
