Computer parts pricing

I am thinking about upgrading my CPU and GPU and wondering how much my old components are worth. My CPU is a I7-5820k (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00MMLXIKY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480275733&sr=8-1&pi=SX200_QL40&keywords=i7+5820k&dpPl=1&dpID=51U1RnhNcBL&ref=plSrch) and my GPU is a GTX 980 (https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Quieter-Graphics-04G-P4-2983-KR/dp/B00NT9UT3M) how much would each of these components sell for about?

Very difficult to know.

You might get some idea via the price ranges on ebay etc. for such used components. Maybe a bit more if you have the original packaging and documentation.

Very high end and you will probably need to provide some solid warranty to get an acceptable offer.

People spending that much money per se or within the applicable range for used products will probably be somewhat skeptical and want some guarantees....
