Hey guys,

Just recently got a new samsung TV that has one HDR capable HDMI port and two HDR capable consoles (PS4 Pro and Xbox One S). So, I got an HDMI switcher. The problem I'm having is that for some reason, the switcher doesn't work in the HDR capable port (I just get a black screen). I've resorted to having one console plugged into the HDR capable port and all the other consoles plugged into HDMI 2 via the switcher. Any idea what's causing this? Any fixes? Thanks.

My guess is no.

They don't list the supported HDMI version.
They write "Compliant with the latest HDMI and HDCP specifications", but even if that was true on the day they wrote it it would not continue to be true with later standards released.
They list a bunch of supported features, but not HDR.

You will need to find a switcher that supports HDMI 2.0a, 2.0b or 2.1.
