I installed a theme onto my computer and my main monitor turned black and secondary turned gray. My computer became unresponsive and I tried restarting but that didn't work. I did make a restore point but I can't do anything on my computer. Please help

Solution
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order so USB first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose system restore
pick the restore point you set, pc will restart and you should be back to normal
