Blue screen after wakup from sleep

Often, not always, 1-5min. after wakup from sleep mode I get blue screen "immediately restart" up to 100% but not restart.
My event logs files from startup->standby->crash: Event logs

Sorry, I've been busy the past few days.
Seems it is software problem, I have not this problem with Win8.

yes it seems to be software problem.
have you tried:
- go to task manager and startup tab, uncheck everything.
- run msconfig and services tab, tick hide all microsoft. then uncheck everything.
