Windows 10 reboot problem

Hello me again in one of my previous posts i described how i was going to build a pc using some old hard drives i did so ,used the windows tool to create a boot able usb and went into my motherboard properties to make it my mainn boot drive i rebooted and saw the windows language selector and chose my propeeties and after a while the pc restarted as it should do but then i was brought to the properties screen again and now it repeats this cycle first restart results ina loop

After the install, did you go into the BIOS and reset the boot drive to the one you installed windows to?
