So I actually dont have a AMD card, i just thought it seemed decent for price but now im leaning more towards an ASUS

That link takes you to a Canadian site and the prices are Canadian dollars.
Here is that monitor from a US site:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2F83T48929
For ~$250. or about $100 more than the ViewSonic You had listed.

That looks nice but a lot more expensive, I am looking to spend under 200, preferably under 170. I totally agree gettin a 144 would be better but atm I cant afford, and to be honest this is my current monitor: http://www.ascendtech.us/dell-22-e228wpc-widescreen-lcd-monitor_i_m22dele228wpcws.aspx

Its like a 10+ yr old crappy dell the specs are awful so Im sure a newer 60hz would be a large upgrade for me.

The BenQ monitor you had listed is a nice monitor, and very favorably reviewed on the Newegg site. You could do a lot worse. The Freesync on the VeiwSonic is a nice feature that only comes into play if you have an AMD card. Doesn't mean that an AMD card is required.

Of the three monitors you listed, I would rank the BenQ first, then the ViewSonic, and the Asus last considering Price/performance.
